This Privacy Policy applies to anyone accessing the MPA website.

The MPA website (“the Site”) does not collect personal information about its visitors unless you choose to provide that information to us. Personal Information’ is defined under the privacy laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago as identifiable information about an individual. Personal information is used only for the purpose for which it was given and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will not use your personal information without your permission unless it is required by law or is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested.

Information from E-mail You Send to Us

If you decide to send us an electronic mail message (e-mail, which includes information regarding a problem and/or feedback you provide on a survey), the message will usually contain your return e-mail address. If you include personally-identifying information in your e-mail because you want us to address issues specific to your situation, we may use that information in contacting our partners (such as, state agencies or other government ministries) in connection with your feedback. In other limited circumstances, including requests from other parties, we may be required by law to disclose information that you submit.

We may record and store personal information which you have provided and where we do so we will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and prevent unauthorized disclosure; and to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not promise that your personal information cannot be accessed by an unauthorized person e.g. a hacker) or that unauthorized disclosures will not occur.
